As a global leader in self-service tax software, TurboTax is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to help answer customer inquiries about our products and tax return software.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help answer frequently asked questions on topics including:

• How and where to buy our product
• Downloading and installing the software
• Getting started with the software
• Printing and filing their returns
• Simple tax calculations as well as troubleshooting and resolving and navigation problems on our website

Our products and processes are easy to learn. We give you amazing training support and a High-Performance Coach (HPC) who will be available to virtually assist you for the duration of the contract. In just one week of training, you’ll be ready to go!
