As a global leader in self-service tax software, TurboTax is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to help answer customer inquiries about our products and tax return software.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will help answer frequently asked questions on topics including:
- How and where to buy our product
- Downloading and installing the software
- Getting started with the software
- Printing and filing their returns
- Simple tax calculations as well as troubleshooting and resolving and navigation problems on our website
Our products and processes are easy to learn. We give you amazing training support and a High-Performance Coach (HPC) who will be available to virtually assist you for the duration of the contract. In just one week of training, you’ll be ready to go!

Experience & Skills
Applicants for this Gig should meet the following minimum qualifications: high school or GED required, minimum one-year customer service or sales experience required; must be 18 years or older; basic computer skills required to include navigation between application and internet sites; ability to pass required background checks.
