Hourly Rate
$19.00 per hour*

Sign Up Incentives – Four days paid training at $16*/hour
Referral bonus – $100 – no limit on the number of referrals
- Inform the patient of the pre-analytical procedures to be observed before the appointment. Review the testing process, procedures and deadlines.
- Describe the available testing plans with the patient and advise them that this will be confirmed by the professional during the appointment.
- Depending on the testing plans requested, determine with the patient the place that best suits and assigns the appointment.
- Issue certificates for completed COVID-19 procedures

NOTE: This job is only available for Canadian residents who are bilingual in French and English.

Pay Incentives / Primes de Rendement
Après avoir réussi la formation PLUS 4 semaines de production (20 heures par semaine), nous facturerons Biron 16$ à l’heure pour toutes formations pour chaque individu et le verserons en tant que <<Prime de Rétention>> à ceux qui se qualifient. **L’agent doit être toujours dans le programme de Biron pour être admissible pour ce prime.**

Experience & Skills / Expériences et Compétences
• Diplôme d`études secondaires (DES); • Au moins un an d’expérience en service à la clientèle et vente; • Expérience dans un centre de contact client, un atout; • Avoir un niveau de bilinguisme excellent tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français/anglais) ; • Être débrouillard au niveau informatique/avoir de connaissances en informatique; • Être orienté sur la satisfaction de la clientèle et être en mesure de saisir des opportunités de vente; • Être un bon communicateur, savoir écouter et faire preuve d’empathie;
