A serial entrepreneur who thrives at bringing new business ideas to fruition, Brian is the founder and president of LiveXchange and its patented virtual business model. Brian oversees all aspects of LiveXchange’s operations and offerings, from its next-generation communications networks and unbreakable security systems to its employee contracting models and user-centric recruiting platform.

An early adapter of remote working, Brian led both the cultural and technological transformation in shifting the company into a fully remote operation. With the combination of cloud computing, advances in technological platforms, and the evolution of work from home operating models, Brian believes that customer service is evolving and that GigCX is the way of the future. An accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience, Brian held various executive leadership positions before launching LiveXchange.

An avid musician, when not behind the drums, Brian can be found following his favourite bands from city to city.

Leveraging over 20 years of business process outsourcing experience, Terry is passionate about creating and executing forward-thinking strategies that drive sustained and profitable revenue growth for businesses of all sizes. He oversees all aspects of the client revenue lifecycle at LiveXchange, from start to finish, and drives the organization’s vision and growth strategies, including sales, brand positioning and strategic marketing.

Terry is the subject matter expert on technology, remote working, customer experience and GigCX, having worked for large multinational corporations in business development, technical support and strategic planning throughout his career. He is a seasoned leader and gifted communicator who understands how technology aligns with businesses and client objectives to drive operational performance and cost savings.

When he isn’t educating clients about LiveXchange’s unique technological offerings, Terry is a “foodie” as well as an avid golfer and overall sports enthusiast. Terry and his wife Patty live in the Boston area and have two daughters Olivia and Hanna, and two Bernese Mountain dogs Vincent and Norman.

Jeff joined LiveXchange as Vice President of Technology in 2012 and has transitioned into the role of Chief Information Officer. He oversees technical operations, application development, SaaS and DaaS solutions, cloud computing, complex networks, compliance and security.

Jeff’s knowledge of strategic business and innovation management empowers clients and remote workers through architecting and developing industry leading technologies and processes. Pulling from his vast experience in Energy, Education and Pharmaceutical corporations, he goes well beyond the immediate challenges, collaborating across the organization and clients to identify and resolve the needs of the future. He has a passion for business transformation, complex problem solving, architecture, application development, technology road-mapping and building formidable teams and culture aligned to business objectives.

Balancing life away from challenging technical projects, Jeff values family time spent camping, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. Growing up with sports as an impacting force, you will find Jeff coaching and giving back through local sport organizations, trying to help shape youth encouraged through love of sport, leadership, teamwork, competition, and self-esteem.
