Gig Details
Answering incoming customer inquiries for a Global Tier 1 Bank. Help our new customers transition to their new banking platform during our merger. Assist customers with FAQ’s such as, “How do I change my password?”, “Will my fees change?”
- Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
- Ability to handle high value customers; assisting in the resolution of service related questions.
- Ability to communicate with the Support Team in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to convey product and service related information to the customer in a timely manner.

Available Work Periods
Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday to Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Choose a minimum of 26 hours per week from this range of hours.
Experience & Skills
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written skills including grammar and voice quality. Demonstrates professional phone demeanor and attitude at all times. Self-sufficient and dependable. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment. High School Diploma or equivalent.
