As a Guest Experience Consultant, you will assist hungry customers with placing their call-in orders. Your goal is to:
- Complete error-free orders quickly and efficiently.
- Build brand loyalty.
- Provide professional, helpful service to our guests.

Available Work Periods
7 days a week from 9:00 am to 2:00 am EST. These hours may vary throughout the year, based on business needs. Choose a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week, with 10 hours completed between Friday through Sunday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST.
Once the mandatory work hours are completed, you are welcome to work other hours of your choice. Mandatory Holidays, as stipulated, are provided in the contract. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.
Experience & Skills
- High School Diploma or higher preferred.
- 2 years of customer service experience (over the phone) an asset.
- Retail or Restaurant experience and asset.
- Self-sufficient and dependable. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
