Gig Details

You will be helping our customers with their everyday questions regarding their debit cards – “What’s my balance”, “I lost my card, how do I replace it”, “How do I set up my PIN number”’, “What’s the date of my last deposit?” Plus other administrative functions supporting our debit card program. We support quality of life and choice for our Gig staff. We are looking for a commitment of a minimum of 26 hours per week. We allow our Gig staff to build their own schedules to match their life needs. Days, weekends, evenings, and overnight hours are available 

We look for you to assist us during certain Holidays, as stipulated, in the Gig contract. Hours can be subject to change based on business needs

Experience & Skills

High school diploma or higher preferred 2 years Customer Service Experience (over the phone) an asset. Banking, financial or support experience an asset

Self-sufficient and dependable. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
